Udon chicken very salty and no Japanese cuisine love.. meaning more salty than tasty. The Gyoza was very delightful.. Grilled chicken Ramen was top dish.

Items were not correct, had to call the restaurant after an hour when they told us that it would be about 10 more minutes. We overheard him then yelling at his driver to microwave our meals and get them out to us.

Don’t order if you live out of town. I ordered just before noon, order didn’t arrive until 1:40. By the time my order arrived, my philly roll was spoiled (sour cream cheese). I live 10 mins away.

I’ve ordered from this place approximately 20 times (according to my emails) and overall their food is great, but this order was incorrect. Sesame chicken was actually orange chicken. We called to tell them and to let them know we’d like a replacement dish - not a refund - and they refused and made us bring the dish back to the restaurant to prove it was incorrect before correcting the order. Poor customer service in my opinion, especially considering the amount of business we’ve given them. If they don’t correct it, we’ll be happy to continue our business with Raku Izakaya in Fort Lee.

Got my order delivered in 20 minutes! I was at a friends place and forgot to change the delivery address, but the delivery person was nice enough to deliver to the updated address. All this with a smile on his face - very nice staff!

Food is amazing but after being a royal and frequent customer for years I’m upset I had to wait over 1,5 hours for our food to arrrive living 2min away from the restaurant. Last time I ordered this week, I also waited over an hour. Not sure what is happening with this restaurant but delivery used to be quick.

Crispy sesame shrimp weren't really crispy at all (could have been because of delivery time) and came in a gelatinous sauce. I didn't enjoy that dish. But everything else was very good.

Negatives: need to double park in order to pick up food. They charged an extra dollar for the spicy scallop roll, but there was no mention of the upcharge on the beyondmenu website. Had I known, I would have picked a different roll. I love that the soup is in a different brown bag than the sushi / salad. And you get soup AND salad for the lunch combos which is a big plus. The miso soup is always delicious and there is a ton of flavor in the dressing.

Their sushi is fantastic! Very fresh, very tasty, and very satisfying! We always try to get at least a roll or two when we order. Oh, and the kahni salad is yummy too!
